Frequently asked questions

How do I invite team members?

Open Settings, choose Team, then click Add User. Enter their email and assign which apps they need — they receive an invite immediately.

How does billing work?

You are billed per user per app at $3 per user per app per month. Adjust your plan any time from Settings, then Subscription.

Can I try apps before subscribing?

Yes — all new organisations start on a 90-day free trial with access to every app.

What data do you store?

Data is stored in Supabase (Australia region). We never share your data with third parties and integration credentials are encrypted at rest.

How do I disconnect an integration?

Open Settings, choose Integrations, and toggle the connection off. Credentials are removed immediately.
